The appropriate further education and training of our specialists is very important to us. Our Store Manager Trainee Programme provides excellent instruction for future Hammer store managers and prepares them ideally for this responsible role.

Three years, successfully completed

After interruptions in the programme due to the pandemic, now three years on, a total of 17 participants graduated at the same time in February 2023 and are now available as new store managers to provide advice and support to colleagues in the Hammer stores. At the two-day final event, there was plenty of opportunity for networking, but there was also intensive work on substantive issues. In the end, their effort was rewarded: everyone received their long-awaited certificate – handed over by our management.
