Another specialist store in the Hammer retail sales division joins our extensive network of locations: The new store at Lutteranger 4 opened on 14 March 2024 and now offers customers from Göttingen and the surrounding areas the latest trends, products and services relating to interior design.
The former alfatex Stoffland building underwent a three-month remodelling phase to create its characteristic Hammer design. Fresh colours, new flooring, a modern shop design and numerous products have moved into the new, open-plan store. “Our team, including several employees from the former alfatex store, is delighted to now be able to support customers at this location as well with many Hammer living ideas for their own oasis of well-being,” reports store manager Alexander Mai.
The new Hammer specialist store in Göttingen has around 1,100 square metres of retail space and stocks everything you could possibly need for individual interior design. “Whether colours, wallpaper, curtains, sun protection, floor coverings, carpets, bathroom fittings, beds and home accessories – we have the latest home trends in store. Spring-fresh inspiration gives every home that certain something.
“We assist our customers in remodelling their homes,” says Alexander Mai. The Hammer employees are on hand with their professional expertise and plenty of ideas to help customers create an even more beautiful interior. The expert sales team is on hand to welcome customers from Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and 6.30 pm and on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.

In addition to current offers and a large selection of products, customers can also rely on the Hammer Crafts Service – carried out by the company’s own professionals. From brainstorming and home delivery to laying and installation, Hammer interior decorators, floor layers and joiners offer the necessary support – tailored precisely to the customer’s individual needs. “Our comprehensive range of services leaves nothing to be desired. Our Hammer professionals take on the implementation of individual projects and design customised dream rooms. The respective skilled trades services are carried out directly on site,” explains Ernst Partsch, Hammer District Manager.
