The renovation work is now complete at the Hammer Specialist Store at 56 Theodor-Heuss-Strasse in Duisburg. On 28 September 2023, the store, which is part of our retail sales line, reopened its doors and now offers customers the latest trends and products in the field of interior design.
From July to September 2023, the renovation of the Hammer Specialist Store took place. The unique aspect is that both Hammer and Schlau Crafts Market, which belong to our Group of Companies and will welcome commercial customers from now on, can both be found in the same building. With its fresh colours, new floor coverings and other modernisation measures, our specialist store has been given a new look and invites you to come in and browse. “Our customers will be able to feel completely at ease and discover the most beautiful inspirations for their homes,” reports store manager Dennis Laakmann.

Customers from Duisburg and the surrounding region will now find selected products from the areas of paints, wallpapers, curtains, sun protection, floor coverings, carpets, bathroom furnishings, beds and home accessories on a sales area of around 1,800 square metres. For an even more beautiful home, Hammer employees are on hand to offer their professional know-how and creative ideas, enabling you to make your home even more beautiful. The expert sales team will welcome customers from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00. “The new shop with stylish furnishing ideas is a genuine shopping experience. This is how individual living space dreams come true,” says Mr Laakmann. In addition to the latest offers and a large product selection, they can also rely on the Hammer crafts service – carried out by the company’s own professionals.

The Hammer flooring installers, interior decorators and carpenters offer the necessary support – precisely tailored to the respective needs of the clientele. From brainstorming and home delivery to installation and assembly. “To make it even easier to individually design your ‘oasis of well-being’, we offer a comprehensive range of services in addition to the advisory skills of our employees in the store. The respective crafts services are taken care of directly on site by our own craftsmen,” reports Rene Rügen, Hammer district manager.
