Since the end of November, 2022, our Legal & Compliance Department has been a new component of training within the Brueder Schlau Group’s central administration. In the process, colleagues help our trainees gain a comprehensive insight into a wide variety of work topics and procedures.

The Best All-Round Advice

At their own training station, our apprentices are well looked after and gain far-reaching insights into the areas of law and legal advice, compliance, occupational safety as well as quality assurance and application technology. The department’s team advises all colleagues within the entire group of companies and represents their interests in disputes, especially vis-à-vis contractual partners and authorities.

For example, disputes with landlords over incorrect operating cost accounts, the clarification of complaints from wholesale and retail customers are just as much a part of the daily work as the examination and drafting of all possible contracts that other areas of the group of companies would like to conclude.

In terms of labour law, the legal department also advises the managers and thus supports the human resources department. In addition to the legal department, the Legal & Compliance department also takes care of occupational safety. The corporate group employs its own occupational safety specialists who look after the sites.
