All interns receive many exciting insights into the different sectors of the Brueder Schlau Group during their training. The knowledge acquired is evaluated at the end of the training period: studied diligently, many questions asked, all fingers crossed – exam successfully passed!

“We are extremely happy for our three trainees Kimberly Büsching, Chantal Wallmann and Elina Beißner,” says Annika Brinkmann, staff member in the Personnel Training Department of the Brueder Schlau Group. The three had much to learn in the last few weeks as the final oral exams were coming up. Their hard work paid off because they all passed successfully and their diplomas are now in the bag, and with brilliance! Each of them completed the oral examination with a “very good” mark and therefore have achieved a “very good” or “good” in their final grade.

“We are particularly proud of the fact that we will be taking on all three in our family of companies. Kimberly will henceforth be working in the Legal & Compliance Department and support in all compliance-related issues, in Technical Purchasing, Chantal will answer all questions concerning our vehicle fleet, and from training contracts to exam registrations – this will be Elina’s daily bread as she is now part of the Personnel Training Department.
